COVID-19 Update

Our in-studio services are temporarily cancelled from Nov. 21st- Dec. 19th, 2020

The well-being of our clients and teachers is of utmost importance to us at Paragon.  An Executive Order was issued by Governor Walz for the entire state of Minnesota to close all gyms, fitness studios, dance and exercise studios for a 4-week period to curb the spread of Covid-19.

We are temporarily closing our studio, effective  Saturday, November 21st through Friday December 18th. To learn more about the latest COVID-19 updates from the Minnesota Department of Health click here.

Although we will be temporarily closing our in-studio services we have many Virtual Classes and Virtual Private Pilates sessions available to keep you moving through these trying times. Please visit our Class Schedule Page to enroll in class.  To set up a Virtual Private Pilates session please contact Amanda at amanda@paragonpilatespt.com.

Our new safety protocols

We made these changes to help protect our clients and our instructors. We appreciate your cooperation following them as we reopen our studio.

Staggered Appointment Times

Private appointments will be staggered to allow for social distancing between clients and we may not have as many scheduling options as we have had in the past. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. To schedule a private session, please contact your teacher, or email Brenna at brenna@paragonpilatespt.com or call Paragon at 952-405-9765.

Wash your hands when you arrive

Please arrive early for your in-studio appointment. We ask that you scrub your hands in our building’s restroom for 20 seconds with soap and water. On your way back to the studio, please avoid hand contact with door handles and surfaces. Paper towels work great for this!

Mandatory COVID-19 Screenings

We will begin each session with a health screening. Please wait outside of the studio in the hallway to be screened prior to entering the studio. You will be asked the COVID-19 screening questions, and all clients and staff will have temperatures checked before entry to our studio. Anyone with a fever (100.4 or above), cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19, or who have traveled via airplane/train or been to any protest activities will need to reschedule their appointment for 14 days later.

Limiting Visitors

Guests will be restricted from accompanying clients inside the studio unless required for a legal (i.e. parent/guardian) or medical (i.e. mobility) reason. Adult guests are encouraged to wait in their vehicles.

Masking

Every person entering our studio will be asked to wear their own face mask of their choosing as per Governor Walz’s recommendations. If you don’t have one, we will have disposable masks available.

Hand Sanitizer

All clients and staff will be asked to use hand sanitizer frequently throughout the visit, with particular attention before and after touching/adjusting a face mask or after touching any potentially contaminated surface. You will find hand sanitizer located throughout the studio.

Environment

Common areas will be cleaned routinely, and equipment will be disinfected between each client. Please stay in your designated area.

Social Distancing

Please observe social distancing while inside and outside the studio. Reception area in the studio is limited to 2 clients.
