Safety starts with a functional assessment.

Our goal is to keep clients safe and healthy.  Before you sign up for a class, we’d like to take an opportunity to get to know you and your body better. We require that all new clients start with a functional assessment before starting equipment classes or private lessons. During this session, we will review some of the Pilates fundamentals, and gather vital information that helps us learn about your body, fitness goals and medical history.

We highly recommend, but do not require an assessment for mat classes if you have prior experience. If you’ve never participated in Pilates, we also require 5-10 private/duet sessions to cover the basics of the Pilates method.

Please be on time for your class or session. If a client does not arrive or call within 15 minutes of the start of the session it is considered a late cancellation.
